There are seven easy steps to ordering an Estate Boulder from Valley Monuments for a customer:

1). Determine Pricing and Shipping: Wholesale pricing is provided to qualified companies, government agencies and institutions upon request. Contact us for a shipping quote based on the final destination. We can also provide you with a quote for a plaque if you don't already have your own supplier. Pricing subject to change without notice.

2). Select Model: Your customers can make their selection from three Estate Boulders models either by visiting your website after the text and graphics we provide you are uploaded, by seeing the full-color product sheet we included with this packet, or after browsing through www.RecognitionRocks.com, a "neutral" website (without any of our contact info) to which your customers can be referred in your retail store or in the comfort of their own home for more details about the products, color samples and views of all the models in animated 3-D!

3). Indicate Color Choice and Plaque/Sign Size: Indicate a color choice (Sandstone, Slate Gray or Red Rock) for the order and the size of the hand-chiseled recess in the rock that needs to be customized for your rectangular, square or oval plaque or sign. If ordering an oval plaque or sign, fax or e-mail us an actual image, layout or a line drawing of its true shape so we can accurately hand-chisel and prepare the recess in advance of its arrival.

4). Describe How The Delivery Truck Can Unload The Boulder: So that we can give you the most accurate and affordable shipping quote, indicate in the appropriate box(es) on the order form the best description of what the trucking firm will find at the point of delivery (i.e., loading dock or forklift available, no loading dock or forklift available, it's a residential address, the truck should be equipped with a liftgate to be able to unload the 350-400 lb. boulder).

5). Give Us The Plaque/Sign's Key Phrase and Arrival Date: Let us know on the order form the key phrase on the plaque or sign so we can easily identify it upon arrival. Also, let us know the approximate date when we should expect the plaque or sign if you are having it done in-house or by your normal supplier (our foundry normally takes 15-20 business days).

6). Submit Order: Orders should be placed in writing and sent to us by fax at the same time an order is placed by a customer for a plaque or sign. (Order forms are included in this packet). Net 15-day terms are normally provided to established companies, government agencies or institutions without submitting a credit application.

7). Ship Plaque Or Sign To Valley Monuments: Once the plaque or sign is completed, have it shipped to Valley Monuments where we will install it according to your choice (i.e., epoxy or hardware). Please allow at least 5-7 business days after we receive the plaque or sign for its installation in the boulder and for transportation time to its final destination in the United States (longer if elsewhere).
