1). Pricing: Wholesale pricing and shipping costs will be provided to qualified death care industry professionals who phone, fax or e-mail a request to us including their full name, company name, and phone-fax numbers. Click

2). Item Selection: Qualified wholesale customers can make their selection of the memorial rock or tree model(s) they want to order either from our online product catalog (click here), after requesting and receiving our full-color product sheet.

Perhaps the easiest way to make your selection, however, is by visiting our "neutral" website (without any of our contact info) at www.OurMemorialRocks.com where families can be referred by a counselor in your offices or accessed by them in the comfort of their own home to view each model in animated 3-D, color samples and answers to common questions.

3). Ordering and Payment: Orders should be placed in writing and sent to us by fax for confirmation. Order forms are available upon request.

Orders will normally be invoiced with Net-15 payment terms for established firms.  A 50-percent deposit may be required before production of large orders with the balance due prior to or upon delivery.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, company or cashier's checks, and wire transfers. Call us if you have questions about our payment policy.

4). Turnaround Time: The amount of time it takes to process an order depends on the quantity and number of orders already scheduled for production. It can be as soon as 10 business days if ordering 1-10 memorials or 3-5 weeks or longer for larger quantity orders.
