1). Pricing: Wholesale pricing and shipping costs will be provided to qualified death care industry professionals who phone, fax or e-mail a request to us including their full name, company name, and phone-fax numbers. 2). Item Selection: Qualified wholesale customers can make their selection of the memorial rock models they want to order either from our online product catalog
(click here) or after requesting and receiving our full-color product sheet.

As one of our active accounts, upon request, within two days we can provide you with your very own personalized online catalog--at no charge--which your customers can view without ever knowing it originated from us. See an example at:

Your website will include 3-D images of all our items which can be shown to families by a counselor in your offices or accessed by them in the comfort of their own home, and easily updated at your request with text or photos as needed. If you have a website already, you can direct your families to visit your "second" website by clicking on a link to it on your main site's home page.

3). Text For 7 1/2" (W) x 5" (H) Plaque: Once a memorial rock model has been chosen, the family should prepare up to 10 lines of text with as many as 46 characters per line for the bronze plaque (each letter, number, space and punctuation is a character that should be counted in this per-line total).

The custom text should be typed or clearly printed and sent by staff in an e-mail or faxed on a separate piece of paper with the order. If a proof of the layout is required before the plaque is cast, this should be requested when the order is placed and one will be faxed or e-mailed for approval.

4). Color and Urn Choice: Indicate a color choice (Sandstone, Slate Gray or Red Rock) for the order and whether you need an internal 250-cubic-inch cremains urn manufactured inside the memorial rock for an additional charge.

5). Ordering and Payment: Orders (along with text for the plaque) should be placed in writing and sent to us by fax or e-mail for confirmation. Order forms are available upon request.

Net-15 payment terms are provided to established customers without having to submit a credit application.

For customers without a Net-15 account, payment is required at the time an order is placed using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, a company or cashier's check or wire transfer. Call us if you have questions.

6). Turnaround Time: Once an order is received, please allow 15-20 business days for production and installation of the bronze plaque and 3-5 business days for shipping depending on its final destination in the United States (longer if elsewhere).
