The following information should be helpful to owners and managers of pet supply stores, veterinarian hospitals, pet cemeteries, and humane society gift shops who are interested in ordering one or more of Valley Monuments' pet monuments for their customer(s):

1). Pricing: Wholesale pricing and shipping costs will be provided to qualified pet care and supply industry professionals who phone, fax or e-mail a request to us including their full name, company name, and phone-fax numbers. 2). Item Selection: Pet owners can make their selection from three memorial rocks after viewing our online product catalog; seeing a display sample at the pet store, hospital or cemetery; from a personalized website we can create for you at no charge (ask for details); or from the full-color product sheet we provide you.

3). Text For 7 1/2" (W) x 3 1/2" (H) Plaque: Once a pet monument has been chosen, the pet's owner should prepare up to six lines of text with as many as 46 characters per line for the bronze plaque (each letter, number, space and punctuation is a character that should be counted in this per-line total).

The custom text should be typed or clearly printed and sent by staff in an e-mail or faxed on a separate piece of paper with the order. We will fax or e-mail you a proof of the plaque layout before it is sent to our foundry to be cast.

4). Color Choice: Indicate a color choice (Sandstone, Slate Gray or Red Rock) for the order.

5). Ordering and Payment: Orders (along with text for the plaque) should be placed in writing and sent to us by fax for immediate processing. Order forms are available upon request.

"Net 15 "-day terms are normally given to established businesses without having to submit a credit application.

For customers without a Net 15 account, payment is required at the time an order is placed using Visa or Mastercard, a company or cashier's check, or money order. Call us if you have questions.

6). Turnaround Time: Once an order is received, please allow 15-20 business days for production and installation of the bronze plaque and 3-5 business days for shipping depending on its final destination in the United States (longer if elsewhere).
