The following information should be helpful to fundraising professionals who are interested in ordering our Recognition Rocks™ for a new or expanded "Donor Trail," "Donor Walk" or similar donor recognition project:

1). Pricing: Wholesale pricing and shipping costs will be provided to qualified fundraising professionals who phone, fax or e-mail a request to us including their full name, company or organization name, and phone-fax numbers. Click here for our contact details. (Pricing is subject to change without notice).

2). Item Selection: Qualified fundraising professionals can make their selection of one or more Recognition Rock™ models they want to order either from our online product catalog (click here) or after requesting and receiving our full-color product sheet.

As one of our active accounts, upon request, within two days we can provide organizations with their own personalized online catalog--at no charge--which potential donors can view without ever knowing it originated from us. See an example of a similar site (designed for another industry) at:

Your website will include 3-D images of all our items which can be shown to potential donors in your offices or accessed by them in the comfort of their own home, and easily updated at your request with text or photos as needed. If you have a website already, you can direct donors to visit your "second" website by clicking on a link to it on your main site's home page.

3). Ordering and Payment: Orders should be placed in writing and sent to us by fax or e-mail for confirmation. Order forms are available upon request.

Orders of 20 or less Recognition Rocks™ should be accompanied with full payment or a purchase order. Larger quantity orders may require a 50-percent deposit before production with the balance due upon delivery.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express; company or institution checks; and wire transfers. Call us if you have questions about our payment policy.

4). Turnaround Time: The amount of time it takes to process an order depends on the quantity and number of orders already scheduled for production. It can be as soon as 10 business days if ordering 1-10 Recognition Rocks™ or 3-5 weeks or longer for an order of 300 or more.
