The following information should be helpful to bronze plaque, trophy-award and flag pole manufacturers and retailers who are interested in ordering one or more Recognition Rocks™ from Valley Monuments for their customer(s):

1). Pricing: Wholesale pricing and shipping costs will be provided to qualified bronze plaque, flag pole and trophy-award manufacturers and retail professionals who phone, fax or e-mail a request to us including their full name, company name, and phone-fax numbers. Click here for our contact details. (Pricing is subject to change without notice).

2). Item Selection: Qualified manufacturers and retailers can make their selection of one or more Recognition Rock™ models they want to order either from our online product catalog (click here) or after requesting and receiving our full-color product sheet.

As one of our active accounts, upon request, within two days we can provide you with your own personalized online catalog at www.(Your Name).RecognitionRocks.com.  This is a free service which allows you to display our products to your potential customers without them knowing it originated from us. Your website will include 3-D images of all our items which can be shown to customers in your retail store or accessed by them in the comfort of their own home, and easily updated at your request with text or photos as needed. If you have a website already, you can direct customers to visit your "second" website by clicking on a link to it on your main site's home page or we can offer you our 3-D technology for your web designer to upload the images to your own site.

3). If Ordering A Plaque Through Us:  If you aren't going to provide us with a bronze plaque from your own supplier, once a Recognition Rock™ model has been chosen, the customer should prepare up to 10 lines of text with as many as 46 characters per line for the  7 1/2" (W) x 5" (H) bronze plaque (each letter, number, space and punctuation is a character that should be counted in this per-line total).

Note:  Space for more text is available if ordering one of our eight Recognition Rocks™ that can accept plaques up to 11" (W) x 8 1/2" (H) in size.

The custom text should be typed or clearly printed and faxed to us on a separate piece of paper with the order. If a proof of the layout is required before the plaque is cast, this should be requested when the order is placed and one will be faxed or e-mailed for approval.

4). Color Choice: Indicate a color choice (Sandstone, Slate Gray or Red Rock) for the order.

5). Ordering and Payment: Orders (along with text for the plaque) should be placed in writing and sent to us by fax for confirmation. Order forms are available upon request.

"Net 15 "-day terms are normally provided to established customers without them having to submit a credit application.

For customers without a Net 15 account, payment is required at the time an order is placed using Visa or Mastercard, a company or cashier's check, or wire transfer. Call us if you have questions.

6). Turnaround Time: Once an order is received, please allow 15-20 business days for production and installation of the bronze plaque and 3-5 business days for shipping depending on its final destination in the United States (longer if elsewhere).  If the bronze plaque is being sent to us from a manufacturer, we will install and ship it within several days or less of when we receive the casting.
